Orders will be shipped within seven business days of when the completed order is received and payment is processed, unless you are notified at the time order is placed or receive an email notice, that an item is on “delayed shipping” status. Note: This does not apply to preorders or items that are marketed online as backordered.
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. An additional fee may apply if an address change is made while the package is en route. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.
Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s) and include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit. You can calculate your estimated standard shipping fee for any product by adding product to you shopping cart and including your zip code. Indiana residents will be charged Indiana Sales Tax.
To offer you the best possible price and service we work exclusively with UPS. All orders require a signature for delivery as well as a valid daytime phone number where you can be reached.
If your order is being shipped from Margco International LLC (not drop-shipped) to a US shipping address, you will get an expected delivery date for each shipping option during checkout. These dates are based on carrier shipping practices, destination and the items you order. (Expected delivery dates are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed. Items that are not regularly stocked cannot be held to the expected delivery dates.) Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. Order cutoff times for 1-Day and 2-Day Shipping Options are: Monday - Thursday: 12:30pm ET; Friday: 10:30am ET. Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within ten business days after shipment.
Guaranteed Delivery Dates
“Guaranteed delivery dates" for items shipped in a timely manner from Margco International LLC become the responsibility of the carrier. (Please note that the package must have a signature for delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to be there or have an authorized agent to sign.)
For an additional charge, Margco International LLC offers this expedited shipping option for most products. Products shipped via two-day service prior to five 5:00 p.m. ET are normally delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time two business days after shipment.
2-3 Day International Shipping
For an additional charge, Margco International LLC offers this expedited shipping option on products shipped from international locations. Products shipped prior to 5:00 p.m. are normally delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time within three business days after shipment.
For an additional charge, Margco International LLC offers this expedited shipping option on most of Margco International LLC’s Green Toad products. Products shipped prior to 5:00 p.m. ET via overnight service are normally delivered by 3:00 p.m. local time one business day after shipment. Overnight delivery is not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves Margco International LLC’s facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond mophie’s control once your order leaves Margco International LLC’s facilities, Margco International LLC cannot assume liability for late deliveries.
A signature is required for deliveries. Most of Margco International LLC’s shipments contain valuable products. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone who can act as your agent will be available to sign for your package. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery. Please note that for deliveries that require a signature, if you are willing to assume the risks of delivering your order without a signature, you may authorize Margco International LLC to arrange for a delivery that does not require anyone to be at the delivery address. Occasionally packages are returned to Margco International LLC as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Margco International LLC, please contact Margco International LLC to make arrangements for reshipment.
